Joseph Toppi, President

Joseph started iConstruction in 2012. He grew up in a family that performed multiple scopes in construction industry, so it was natural for him to follow a career in construction. In his late 20’s, he was challenged to learn the aspects of business. Over the next decade, he has educated himself in the business structures and systems. He is proud to carry 2 Master’s Certificates in Business Management. When he is not in the office, he enjoys talking with and educating other entrepreneurs in the topics of proper business structure and systems.


Paul Cools, Operations Manager

Paul is a well-experienced and professional concrete journeyman. He has worked in the industry for over 16 years. He has continued to educate himself about the concrete industry and all its aspects, therefore he has an extensive knowledge base on concrete specifications for all types of concrete construction. Paul earned his journeyman ticket in concrete finishing from SAIT and sat on the Provincial Apprenticeship Committee for a number of years. He has a passion to an increase in the number of journeyman concrete finishers in the field. Paul prides himself on integrity, professionalism and quality, which is what brought him to iConstruction.


Melanie Radder, Safety Manager

Melanie has completed many safety courses provided by the SCSA and had created Safety Manuals for companies looking to improve the safety within their company. Before joining the Construction field, Melanie excelled as a Food Safety Technician at a meat processing plant. In addition to being passionate about safety, Melanie has earned a degree in Science, giving her fantastic writing and analytical skills. This has been beneficial for Melanie as she has created forms and standard operating procedures for companies looking to put systems in place within their companies’ thereby increasing business. Melanie has great communication and customer service skills, and has worked alongside individuals and government agencies.
